About

What does it mean to eat good? Over the years, health-food fads have come and gone. But the only unchanged, iron-clad, indisputable “diet” has been the Mediterranean diet. “Oh, like gyros and stuff?” Well, yes. But it’s much more than that. Twenty-one countries border the Mediterranean Sea, and what they all have in common, from Greece to Lebanon to Turkey to Morocco, are fresh fruits and vegetables, succulent grilled meats, olive oil, beans, seeds, nuts, a whole lot of garlic and plenty of unique seasonings.
But it’s not just the ingredients themselves that make the diet healthy. It’s where they’re from and how they’re raised, too. That’s why we use the freshest meats and veggies available. Getting as many ingredients from local farms as possible and making every dish from scratch, just like mom use to. It’s a lot more work, yes. But it means our customers get to eat something good every time they place an order — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
